I – TERMS OF USAGE & SERVICE OF: www.maheshcard.org

1. All the information displayed, transmitted or carried by this portal of Mahesh Privilege Card including, but not limited to, news articles, opinions, reviews, text, photographs, images, illustrations, profiles, audio clips, video clips, trademarks, service marks and others (collectively the “Content,”) is for informational purposes only and the same is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice.
2. The content on this portal and other material that you may come across in digital or print format bearing the brand image, colors, font and other identifiable criteria of Mahesh Privilege Card is owned by Mahesh Foundation, its affiliates or third party licensors. No one may modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the Content listed on the site. By usage of the site you agree to abide by all copyright notices and restrictions attached to any content accessed through portal. Failure to do so will be considered a case of Copyright Infringement, which is termed an offence under the Copyright Act of India, 1957 Section 63, and is punishable with imprisonment which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both. Any individual who knowingly infringes or abets the infringement is liable for legal action as well.
3. Mahesh Foundation does not represent or endorse the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded or distributed through the website. The usage of the content implies that you acknowledge that any reliance upon any such opinion, advice, statement or information shall be at your own risk. All the information provided on the website is primarily to enable the users to obtain a better understanding of the services, and the information thereby provided is subject to changes and modifications as and when required without any prior notice.

• None of the individual developers, system operators, third-party contributors and management of Mahesh Foundation or anyone else connected to Mahesh Privilege Card can be held responsible for the results or consequences incurred due to any attempt to copy, use, imitate or adopt any of the information presented on this website.

II – REGISTRATION AND APPROVAL POLICY

1. Individuals of Maheshwari Community can only register for the Mahesh Privilege Card.  Other individuals doing so are at their own risk and may attract criminal charges under misrepresentation and strictly no refunds will be entertained.
2. To avail the benefits under the Mahesh Privilege Card (MPC), every individual, including Minor need to subscribe for their own card. The Head of the Family can subscribe Card for the rest of the family member under a single registration form.
3. All the heads of the registration form need to be filled accurately. Fill the complete postal address with pin code & landmark as Card/s subscribed will be sent to the registered postal address.
4. Registration or Renewal is complete upon the contribution of Rs.200/- per card towards the Donation to the Mahesh Foundation. The contribution of Rs.200/- per card remains same irrespective of the date of registrations up till 31.12.2026 and the receipt of which will be sent along with the Card.
5. Every registration either on the website or in physical form has to be approved by the MPC Core Team. Approval or rejection of registration is the sole discretion of the MPC Core Team. Multiple add on Members on a single registration form can be approved or rejected wholly or partially.
6. Virtual Card will be sent to your registered whatsapp/Mobile/Email within 3 working days & Physical Cards will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of approval. However, Mahesh Foundation is not responsible for any Postal delays.
7. Card returned undelivered for any reason, should be collected personally from the registered office of the Mahesh Foundation.

III – VALIDITY & APPLICABILITY

1. Individual availing the benefits need to present his/her original Mahesh Privilege Card along with the original valid ID card.

1. Once payment is made, the card holder cannot claim the refund of discount. The discounts cannot be adjusted against any other services or products.
2. The Card so issued is valid up to 31.12.2026 and upon the expiry of Card; it is to be replaced with a new card upon payment of applicable renewable contribution irrespective of its utilization in the past.
3. The discount on services remains same irrespective of card holder’s gender and age.
4. Mode of payment towards the services availed is absolute discretion of Preferred Service Partner & Subscriber.
5. Discounts from the Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs) keep on changing regularly & all the benefits under Mahesh Privilege Card are regularly updated on www.maheshcard.org
6. Offers in the card cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing promotions or discounts.
7. Services can be terminated either for the individual Card Holder or for the Group either partially or completely without prior notice.
8. The discounts offered by Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs) under Mahesh Privilege Card are on the standard & predetermined prices & are supported by proper contracts. However, Mahesh Foundation (MF) is not liable for any mischief in pricing by PLPs.
9. At hospitals, In-Patient discounts are not applicable to card holder’s availing cashless insurance & other scheme benefits.
10. Different Hospitals listed have different Inpatients discount policies and different Billing heads (Discount may not applicable on consumables) may have different discount rates and the same cannot be disputed.
11. In various Pharmacies, products under Health Supplements, Cosmetics, Confectionery, price regulated/subsidized drugs by government etc. may have varied discount structures and the same cannot be disputed.
12. The Pharmacies may insist upon the Patients original card for all drugs under Doctor’s prescription.
13. Discounts are applicable only on Products & Services and not on statutory taxes and levies.
14. Discounts are not applicable on OP Registration & Consultation charges unless specified.
15. Mahesh Privilege Card does not guarantee or authenticate the service at any of the Restaurants, Cafes, Mithai Stores Etc.
16. Mahesh Privilege Card neither intends to influence the food habits nor promote the non-vegetarianism or alcohol consumption amongst its subscribers. It’s the absolute discretion of the subscriber to follow their choices.
17. Discounts may be suspended at Restaurants on black out dates.
18. Mahesh Foundation (MF) doesn’t guarantee the efficacy, authenticity  and accuracy of any of the products sold and services availed from the Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs) of Mahesh Privilege Card and don’t stand liable for any refunds or losses due to such discrepancies in service or results. By mere listing of services under discount, Mahesh Foundation neither endorses nor guarantees the quality of the services.
19. Every Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs) has different pricing policy for similar services and MF doesn’t guarantee a uniform pricing for same set of services.
20. Mahesh Foundation doesn’t track any transactions and benefits availed by the Card Holder under Mahesh Privilege Card. The card holder should preserve the bills of services availed for claiming any refund from Preferred Loyalty Partners for any fault in services or for any other reason. Mahesh Foundation will not entertain any such cases / claims of refunds.

IV – REFUND POLICY

1. Any registration by Non-Maheshwari will neither be approved nor be refunded. 
2. Mahesh Foundation initiated the services of Mahesh Privilege Card solely for the charitable purpose and doesn’t have any commercial interest.

1. Mahesh Foundation will facilitate a hassle-free online registration experience, where you can confidently make payments online/offline to complete the registration process.
2. Since the services offered under the Mahesh Privilege Card are related to Medical discounts with the Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs), there is no return of the services purchased through our website. Please read all terms and conditions before registration. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

1. Under exceptional cases, Mahesh Foundation will offer refunds purely on the basis of facts concerning an individual case. There will be no refunds for cancellations post registration, unless sufficiently provided evidence for – mistaken denominations, factual errors, inaccurate payment deductions, duplicate payments or any other instance wherein the payee has faced a loss beyond reasonable control.

V – SERVICE NOTIFICATION & PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

1. For any service related issues or promotions, MF will send Service notifications to the registered Mobile number via SMS (text message) or whatsapp. We may also send you Service notifications by other means (for example by in-product messages).
2. Mahesh Foundation shall not be responsible in case communication is not received by the card holder due to incomplete contact details given at the time of registration.

VI – LOSS / THEFT / CHANGE OF NAME/ MISUSE OF CARD

1. The Card Holder is to ensure that usage and card details are well protected as the card does not come with any security features. He needs to ensure that the Card is not being duplicated or tampered with.

1. MF is not responsible if the Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or misused. Replacement will be provided in such circumstances on payment of Rs.300/- per card.
2. Any change in name for any reason will be considered as replacement of card.

1. Mahesh Privilege Card is exclusive design and proprietary of Mahesh Foundation and is/ will be patented and registered. Duplicating the card is a criminal offence and is punishable.

VII – GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

1. MF is not responsible or liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent that the failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond MF’s reasonable control. MF will endeavor to minimize the effects of any of these events and to perform the obligations that aren’t affected.
2. In the event of not being satisfied with the response and services of any Preferred Loyalty Partner (PLPs), the subscriber can contact any of the Helpline: 8143684180, 8977684181 between 9.00am to 7.00pm on all working days or can contact – Manager, Mahesh Privilege Card, Mahesh Foundation, Office No.712 & 713, Raghava Ratna Towers, Chirag Ali Lane, Abids, Hyderabad – 500001, Telangana during regular working hours.

1. Helpline contacts extend the support because of their commitment to the society and not for any personal gains. All are well placed professionals or Businessmen and expect utmost dignity in dealing with them.
2. Helpline Numbers are only for procedural guidance. None of the Helpline contacts are Medical experts and their generic advice cannot be construed as professional.

VIII – GENERAL

1. Every Card Holder agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of Mahesh Privilege Card Membership (“Terms and Conditions”) as set forth below. MF may change the Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and each Card Holder’s continued participation shall be considered acceptance of such changes. If one does not agree to the new terms, he must stop using the Services and surrender the Card.
2. The Card Holder cannot sue the Mahesh Foundation in any Courts Civil, Criminal or Consumer Forums and any such attempts will not be tenable.
3. Mahesh Foundation can terminate all services and benefits under Mahesh Privilege Card any time with or without prior notice.
