GENERAL & REGISTRATIONS:
Do I need to carry Physical Card to avail benefit?
NO. eCard or Card on mobile along with Govt. issued Photo Id is good.
I want to avail service now; do I get the card instantly?
Online Cards will take at least 7 days & offline will take 10 days. In case of emergencies can contact Helpline Numbers
I am registering online. Can I pay in cash to anyone?
NO. Cash is not accepted for online registrations.
I am registering offline. Can I make payment online?
NO. For offline registrations online payments are not accepted.
Is this a Family Card?
NO. Every Family Member including Kids of all ages should have a separate Card.
Do all Family Members need to register personally?
NO. Any one Family Member can register for the other Members.
Can kids use the card of their parents?
NO. Every Member irrespective of any age should have separate Card.
Kids/Parents do not have Mobile Number/Email
Register using Parents or their Elderly Children’s Mobile/Email.
Will registration charges be less if I register at later date?
Registration charge is Rs.100/- per card irrespective of date of registration.

NO. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed. You can use best available offer.
I have Health Insurance. Will I be eligible for discounts?
No discounts on third party payments. Reimbursements are eligible for discounts.
Will I get discounts on Home Sample collections?
For any specific terms, confirm with service provider prior to booking.
Will I get discount on Taxes also?
The taxes are applied on discounted prices only.
